SUSTAINABLE SOCIETIES PART I

Hypothesis on Sustainable Societies

Sahil Malhotra

There is one question that has been illuminated in many archaeologists’ mind since the dawn of time…What is a sustainable society? And what are the factors that help us regard it as sustainable? A sustainable society is one that has been in a stable state for long period of time. The three major factors that produce sustainable societies are Ecological, Social and Economic factors. All sustainable societies have covered these factors to be successful. This is how a sustainable society is created, a society that does not take these factors in consideration is likely to crash-land and burn.
